01. Acceptance of Specifications

By engaging Axiom Zero for lead engineering services, you agree to these technical specifications. We do not provide generic DIY sites; we manufacture high-velocity lead engines calibrated for Halton and GTA professionals. Accessing our assets implies full acceptance of this operating standard.

02. Service Definition

Axiom Zero provides "Tier 1: Foundation" and "Tier 2: Authority" builds. These are high-performance digital assets engineered with pure HTML5/Tailwind architecture. Any modification to the source code by third-party "webmasters" or the client directly voids the Performance Floor guarantee.

03. The "Engine vs. Fuel" Disclaimer

"We are responsible for the Engine; you are responsible for the Fuel."

Axiom Zero guarantees structural integrity and zero-friction conversion pathways. However, the performance of the engine is dependent on the quality of traffic ("Fuel") provided. Obscure Google Ads, low-intent social traffic, or broken referral links are outside our technical control. Our guarantee applies to the conversion of traffic, not the procurement of it.

04. Intellectual Property

Upon final settlement, the specific deployment of your lead engine belongs to you. However, the proprietary Axiom Zero "G-Code" structures, animation logic (including X-Ray scanners), and technical build protocols remain the intellectual property of Sean Hartley. You are granted a perpetual license to utilize these protocols for your specific firm.

05. Authority Insurance

Monthly retainers ($150/mo or $350/mo) cover structural insurance, security hardening, and AIO (AI Optimization) updates. Cancellation of Authority Insurance results in the immediate removal of the asset from our secure edge CDN. Re-deployment fees apply to any system reactivation.

06. Governing Law

This engagement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any technical disputes shall be resolved through independent arbitration in Hamilton, ON.
